You can Install Clockwork Mode Recovery on Xperia Locked Bootloaders also using X-Parts available in Play store.


Install the app and click 'Install CWM'

Reboot your phone and keep pressingVolume - button once Sony logo appears

You will able to take backup of your ROM, restore etc.

How to Relock Bootloader and Flash Stock ROM in Neo V: [[[[POST ON DEMAND!!!]]]

In order to relock Bootloader and flash Stock ROM you need is

1)Xperia Relock ftf file: Click Here
2) Xperia Neo V Latest ROM 4.1.B.0.587 Click here


Steps Follows:

1) Put Xperia Relockftf file in C:\Flashtools\Firmwares location, delete any files if there is.

2) Open Flash tool and in Flashboot mode(Switch off phone) Press back button and insert USB cable


3) Click flash icon and select the ftf file



4) Bootloader will be relocked

5) Now put the firmware 4.1.B.0.587 in C:\Flashtools\Firmware

6) Reboot in Flashboot mode

7) Now flash the firmware 4.1.B.0.587




Warning: Doing these steps  may wipe your phone's data, contacts etc. So please take backup of your data  before going with thiese steps. We are not responsible for any damage to your  phone happened  doing these steps  as this is  just a procedure we tried on our phone and worked fine.



How to root 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.587 & 4.1.B.0.431) in Neo V

It is not possible to root 4.1.B.0.587 directly, so you need to flash 4.1.B.0.562 to run the root toolkit(Doomloard's). After rooting, you may flash 4.1.B.0.587 back.


Files needed:

1) 4.1.B.0.562 Kernel. ftf file Click here
2) Doomloard Rooting Kit  Click here
3) 4.1.B.0.587 Kernel.ftf file  Click here

Steps follows:

1) Copy and Paste the  4.1.B.0.562 Kernel. ftf file to C:/Flashtool/Firmware location after deleting exitsing files there.


2) Open Flashtool and connect phone in flashboot
Flash the Kernel

3) Run the toolkit


4) Copy and Paste the  4.1.B.0.587Kernel. ftf file to C:/Flashtool/Firmware location after deleting exitsing files there.

5) Open Flashtool and connect phone in flashboot
Flash the Kernel

Done
