Downgrading to/ installing/ flashing Gingerbread on Neo V
There are 2 stes to downgrade
1) Official - Handing in the Xperia smartphone at Sony Service center.

2) Unofficial- Flash Gingerbread using Flashtool.
Flashing your mobile is at your own risk. Sony would be in no way responsible for any damage.
1)-Download Flashtool And install it
Go to C:/ Drive > flashtool > firmwares > delete everything present and exit

2) Download required ROM

Neo V4.0.2.A.0.424.0.2.A.0.62
(*) On devices with a hardware keyboard be aware that the layout follows the flashing
if the rom is of .rar type then extract it to get the .ftf file
3) NOTE: only .ftf files to be placed
Place .ftf file as follow- copy .ftf file to C:/ > flashtool> firmwares > and paste
4) Run flashtool> click on the flashing icon ( left side below "file" option),,,Select flashmode > ok
5) left side you must see your firmware name and contents, if you are not able to see contents then use an older version of flashtool ,, on the right side mark boxes as
rgtfsd.png
Select ok

Let the flashtool prepare. It will ask you to connect your mobile, follow the steps to connect.
Note: on devices with touch navigation keys, hold volume down key instead of back button while connecting your device to flashtool.
