CRT off(Old TV Style) Animation for any smartphones including Xperia Neo V

It's quite interesting to know that a good amount of smartphone lovers are searching for methods to enable the old CRT off Animation(Old TV Style) to their smartphones. When I went through the steps how to enable the screen lock, it needs APK manager to edit the system file, framework-res.apk. After a Nandroid backup I tried to decompile the framework-res.apk file but value was already set as 'false'. So an alternative for it should be an application which will give you the same animation while screenoff.

No need of rooting!! No need of CWM recovery!!


Steps to enable CRT off animation:
1)After installing the Screen off and lock application, open screen off and Lock configuration icon and tick 'Enable shortcut in notification area' and 'Delay device locking'.
2) Select screen off animation as 'OLD TV Style'
3)Done!
4) Now you can click Screen lock from notification area.
5) Screen will now turn off in CRT off style!!!!
