This is a faster method to upgrade to ICS 4.0.4 if your PCC doesnt allow you to update or you are stuck in bootloops

download mostly from MEDIAFIRE it will give you better speed, but hurry before the seeds are finished.
2. Download Flashtool
3. Install flashtool , install the drivers inside the drivers folder where you installed flashtool.
4. Put the FTF you downloaded in the firmware folder where the flashtool is installed
5. Switch off your phone
6.click on the FLASH(bolt) icon on flashtool window,choose flashmode.
7. If you want to keep your apps and data, uncheck wipe cache and data,its better if you check it but you will lose your data
8.Follow the onscreen instructions , it will tell you when and how to connect your phone
